I just wanted to send a quick thank you. I am truely grateful for everything that you did in creating Grandma's birthday basket and ensuring that it arrived the next day for her birthday (especially with such short notice). I do appreciate all the time that you spent with me on the phone to customize Grams basket to meet her needs. You would not believe the difference in the sound of her voice from the first time that I talked with her early morning, till that afternoon after she received the basket..... She was tickled pink with all the special goodies. YOU made her birthday!
