SHIPPING
Our aim is to "serve"

gift purchasing from us will be a pleasurable one. Our goal is
to treat each customer with great care and excellent service.
Shipping
We ship within the continental United States, Monday through Friday
via UPS, USPS and Federal Express unless otherwise requested.
(UPS is our preferred shipper.) Most orders are shipped within
24-48 hours. Please allow extra shipping time during the holidays.
To avoid delivery delays and redelivery charges,
please provide complete street address with zip code, company
name (if applicable) phone number and if this is a gated community.
Rural orders usually take an extra day to arrive.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent USPS
Priority or Express Mail only. Please call Customer Service
at 1-866-994-4877 for correct shipping charges. Local hand delivery
charges vary by zip code. If you require hand delivery of your
gift, please call customer service for this option.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO,
FPO or foreign addresses.
Most shipments take 3-5 business days.

It is very important that we have a complete and correct address
to successfully deliver your order. If an incorrect or incomplete
address is given UPS charges an additional $5.00-$10.00
which will be charged to your credit card. If we are hand delivering
and are not told that it is a gated community or we are given
an incorrect or incomplete address you will be charged a second
delivery fee.
